I was born in Southern Oregon, but grew up in a beautiful small town in Southeast Alaska on Prince of Whales Island. As you can guess, the area I grew up in was amazing and incredibly beautiful. Which of course led me to photography. I wanted to capture the beauty I saw and keep it forever.
I moved back to Southern Oregon in October of 2000. While visiting family for Thanksgiving in the small town of Prospect; I met my husband. After a few visits, I moved from Grants Pass to Prospect. In March of this year (2022) we will celebrate 20 years together and have 7 children.
I have always been intrigued by photography. The ability to freeze a moment in time is amazing. We’ve all heard the saying “A picture is worth a thousand words” and it’s true. Looking at a photograph can bring back memories long forgotten and that’s why I love what I do! 😊
